Refund policy

Returns

- For rug returns, a fee of 250 EGP will be charged

- Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.

- Seggada.co by Leo Rugs is offering customized products which are specially produced for you. Our rugs go through several inspection phases, and accordingly our return policy is very limited, so kindly note the following:

- Please inspect your item upon delivery and if you detect any manufacturing issues we have missed , visible physical or incorrect items please contact us immediately.

- In case of any issues after that please make sure you let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given.

- It is important to note that all our rugs are flat woven to look like hand made rugs. Accordingly, there is minimal pile on the face compared to conventional machine made rugs. No returns will be accepted for rugs “with no pile”

- Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to your screen/monitor settings

- The rug sizes are approximate and may vary within a 3% tolerance

- Please follow the care instructions provided with the rug as to avoid any damages to your elegant new rug.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@seggada.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@seggada.com and send your item to: Seggada By LEO RUGS, 6C-5 Industrial Zone Katameya, Cairo, Egypt 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Seggada By LEO RUGS, 6C-5 Industrial Zone Katameya, Cairo, Egypt 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
